My Server Is Locked

Your server is temporarily Locked when you perform certain actions using the Heficed Terminal’s server management panel. These actions include Reboot, Power ON/OFF, Change Password, Create/Restore Backup.

The lock is automatically removed once the action is completed. You can then use your server again.

However, if you notice that your server is locked for an extended period of time, this could indicate a problem, including Failure to complete an action, Server Crashed/Hanged.

In the latter case, your server will remain in a Locked state to protect it from further issues. Please contact Heficed Support at support@heficed.com so that we could investigate the problem further.
