Can I Upgrade RAM for My Bare Metal Server?
If your Bare Metal server is set up with a 1-month billing cycle, and you wish to upgrade your RAM resources, you need to upgrade to a billing cycle of 3 months or longer.
If your billing cycle is equal to or longer than 3 months, you can upgrade the RAM resources of your Bare Metal server up to 64 GB, depending on the hardware that is implemented.
To upgrade your Bare Metal server, please contact us at sales@heficed.com or add a request via Terminal. Our Sales team will assist you in preparing an order and schedule the time that is most suitable for you to upgrade your Bare Metal server.
